As with any custom-made product, our stones are non-returnable with the exception of a mistake on our end.  Stones will be engraved to your specifications directly from the text that you supply us with in your order.  If we make an error in the spelling, then we will make it right. However, should you supply us with incorrect information we will not be able to fix it, please double check all spelling before ordering.  Thank you!
